Refund policy
RETURNS / REFUNDS
Mr Tyre offers full refunds on all orders.
If the Tyres / Wheels have already been dispatched, the responsibility to organise and pay for the Return Freight is on the Customer.
To be eligible for a return/refund:
a) Returned Tyres / Wheels must not be used, worn or damaged (Not Fitted or Roaded) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
b) Refunds are voided if goods are returned after 7 days from purchase.
c) Obtain a Return Autority from Mr Tyre - Send request to sales@mrtyre.com.au
All tyre and wheel returns incur a re-stocking charge of $15 per item to restock into the warehouse. Plus Freight Charges paid are not refundable after dispatch.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (including AFTERPAY).
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@mrtyre.com.au.
SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@mrtyre.com.au. If you have chosen the wrong size tyre then the cost of replacement is on the customer. This alos includes if you use the Rego search feature. If you are not sure on the correct tyre size, simply take a Pic and send a copy to sales@mrtyre.com.au or 0452 435 381
SHIPPING / FREIGHT
To return your product, the customer needs to follow the instructions on the Return Authority email. You will be responsible for organising and paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Plus your refund will have an additional fee debited from your refund to freight your tyres back to the supplier.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
CANCELLATION OPTIONS / CHARGES
TYRE FITTING
If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment - you are not entitled to receive a refund as we are not able to fill your appointment time with another customer.
If this service is Cancelled prior to 48 hours then you are offered a new appointment time or an inhouse credit for future purchases.
WHEEL ALIGNMENTS / MECHANICAL WORK
If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment - you are not entitled to receive a refund as we are not able to fill your appointment time with another customer.
If this service is Cancelled prior to 48 hours then you are offered a new appointment time or an inhouse credit for future purchases.
