RETURNS POLICY
"Whats your Return Policy"
Although we aim to assist customers with tyres that they need to return and exchange. There will be a cost to the customer to to return tyres and then resend the replacement tyres. There may also be an additional payment required before the tyres are dispatched.
SHIPPING / FREIGHT INFORMATION
"How do you Freight Tyres to my door"?
We use Fastway Couriers and Direct Freight for most of our deliveries, we do use other Logistics companies for deliveries into regional locations. In most cases orders are delivered within 2-3 days and and in some cases tyres are delivered the same day of ordering.
"Can I pick up my Tyres"?
Tyres can be picked up from designated stores (Brisbane / Gold Coast) Only.
"What if I am not at Home when the Courier comes"?
Freight is delivered and left at the address provided in the order. All deliveries have the automatic Authority to Leave the Goods unless advised by the Customer prior to the tyres being dispatched. Mr Tyre does not accept any liability for the goods once delivered.
"Can I use my own Courier"?
It is possible but will have to be confirmed at the time of the order.
Terms of Payment
"How can I pay for my New Tyres"?
Mr Tyre Online requires payment upfront before any product can be dispatched. Our method of payment is be Credit Card (Mastercard or Visa), Paypal, Applepay and Afterpay. We also have a secondary Interest Free facility with Payrite. Mr Tyre Online has stringent Anti Fraud procedures in place.
